This is a great soccer dribbling routine to improve ball control and master basic moves such as the lunge, scissor, and step-over.
Dribble Progression
-Inside of the foot taps
(Right inside, left inside, right inside, left inside, repeat)
-Sole of the foot taps
(Right sole, left sole, right sole, left sole, repeat)
-Single foot outside/inside taps
(Right outside, right inside, right outside, right inside, repeat all the way down and then do left foot next time through.
-Both feet outside/inside taps
(Right outside, right inside, left outside, left inside, repeat)
-Both feet 2 outside/1 inside taps
(Right outside, right outside, right inside, left outside, left outside, left inside, repeat)
-Outside, outside, lunge
(Switch feet after every lunge)
-Outside, outside, scissor
(Switch feet after every scissor)
-Outside, outside, step-over
(Switch feet after every step-over)
-Double & triple moves
(Double scissors, lunge-lunge-scissor, scissor-scissor-lunge, etc.)

Wow, those are some pretty cool dribbling drills. I might start using some of those with my teams, as to be honest they were struggling a bit towards the end of last season.
